    Avid BB7 brakes
    Bontrager XXX light stem/bars/seatpost
    Terry Fly Ti saddle
    Bontrager X light Carbon cranks
    Surly 32 tooth ring
    Surly 19 tooth cog
    Wipperman 8 spd chain
    Maxxis Ignitor tires,
    I 9 hubs
    Salsa DD rims
    King Headset.

    Surprised to see mchanical disc brakes on a biek that nice. Mechs have a place but Hopes or Maguras would be a much lighter option on a bike this nice.

    The following has been ordered, but is taking a while to get here:

    -Hope mono m4 front - 183 mm red floating rotor
    -Hope mono mini rear 160 mm steel rotor
    -red levers
    -red resevoir caps
    -red bore caps
    -preinstalled stainless hose kits

    Did you get Dangerboy red levers? Way Way Way better than Hope levers. post pics of the red levers when you get them!

    How much do you weigh? That's a lot of brake for a Singlespeed. My Racer X has Mono Mini front and rear with 160 front and 140 rear.

    How about some close-ups of the interchangeable dropouts? How does the design work? From the pics they look like horizantals and you have added chain tugs?

    Here is a pic before I changed out the Avid's for Hope but you get the idea!
