    rear shock backwards?

Why is the rear shock mounted backwards on the Titus Rockstar? Every other bike manufacturer mounts the rear shock opposite to this position! ??????????

It doesnt really matter, a lot of DH/FR bikes have coils mounted upside down. The AL RS had it mounted the other way. I prefer it mounted this way as its easier to manipulate the lever. Most likely is a clearance issue, or its just those damn Brit's at it again.

Just wondered if it had to do with sideways play, or if I could get slightly more push ( travel ) with it the other way.

My Cannondale Rush has it the same way also to allow better access to lever
