    I love that show. 2500 bikes made per day. I guess someone has to keep wallyworld stocked up with the $99 bikes. Wish they would show how the carbon fiber bike frames are made.

    Where did they get all the European actors to portray Chinese and Vietnamese bike factory workers?

    I'm gonna get me one of those wheel building and wheel truing machines on ebay.

    CCM= Canada (Quebec) I think.

    He said "welded" about 10 times when it was plain to see the process was brazing. I can't believe that stuff gets on TV with such obvious errors.

    yup... indeed... but average person can't tell the difference between a nut and a locknut, so you have to handle a level everybody understands, including kids.

    Of course, you are an informed audience and can tell your kids or other watchers around you what's right or wrong.

    I'm actually happy shows like these make it to TV.
