    I can ride again... yeah!

    Today I went to the doctor. He said I could start riding again

    It will be on road, though So, for now, I will not reap huge benefits form the AM SL 1.... but at least it's riding.

    I'll post what I do....

    It's a great group

    Bro, great to hear, been there many times, that call that all is go is great.... Enjoy the road, I have a couple times this week....

    You know... I really think doctors should not allow a mtb'er to ride "on road" for recovery. One can never refrain from taking the odd jump and stairs... and landings on pavement hurt more than on dirt. Or at least, they should be VERY specific about what they mean with "road riding"

    Glad to know you're on the saddle again, bro!!

    I couldn't ride this weekend, talked with the doctor and he told me to better wait one week and gave me some neck excercises, but next saturday I'll hit Chapultepec or something.

    In the meantime, I did swim this sat and sunday

    no worries, mate... just hang in there one more week..... good that you are swimming..it is great exercise and has very low (or none) impact...
