I just picked up my first Titus! An FCR, Ti, 29'r and the similarities are striking. I've gotta say 2 rides on the Titus have opened my eyes to Custom Ti frames and 29" wheels. So smooth and yet so responsive...

I traded a guy my '08 carbon Rush 2 for it and he said he was the original purchaser in '08 and the only reason it was considered an FCR rather than the ELEVEN was due to a slight tweak in Geometry to correct for 100mm fork. Can you tell me if this could be true? I'm new to Titus and just trying to get a little history b/t the FCR, Eleven, Fireline frames. Would Titus have put out a frame in '08 with the FCR sticker on it? Anyway, it doesn't really matter as I love the bike and it's in primo shape.... Standover is a bit high, fits more like a large than a medium like I'd hoped but once I'm on her I forget it and all is right in the world. Thanks, I'd love to hear your thoughts! -Chuck
