How do I spec a new rear shock for my med Motolite Ti?

I think my RP23 is finally dying. Amoung other things, the bushings that connect from the frame to the shock piston are messed up causing play. How do I buy a new shock to fit my bike? Do those bushings come with the new shock because Im gonna need them. Thanks.

you sound like you have decided you want to buy another shock but fwiw you can replace all the mounting hardware and rebuild you shock to work like new all for less than $25 which is a fraction of the cost of a new shock. you could even get new hardware and send to push for less.

Its been refurbished twice from Fox. The teflon lining in the shock piston where the bushing press in is shot. I 'm thinking this one is toast.

The best thing I ever did to my Motolite was to send the shock to PUSH. Completely transformed the bike. Even as a big guy (200lbs) I was able to use the HV sleeve with their big hit kit and I ended up with a bike that was super plush on the downs and controlled on the climbs.

Would recommend you do that before buying a new shock. They can take care of the bushings as well.
