    HCR frame speci's ??

    hey,

    just bought a HCR 2006 frame with Seat tube 17'' & Top Tube 22", but can't find any more info ...

    my questions are :

    * Year ( photo's or archive to check the exact year and model ) ?
    * What type headset ( 1" - 1.1/4 1.1/8 , ahead , ... ) ?
    * Size Bottom braquet ( BSA 68 - 73 ) ?
    * Size Seatpost + clamp ?
    * Size frontderr. + type ?
    * 80 or 100 mm Fork ?
    * Can I remove the V-brake braze-ons ?
    * Link to more info such as geometry ( 17" or Medium/Small ) ?

    thx

    my questions are :

    * Year ( photo's or archive to check the exact year and model ) ? Not a chance it is a 2006........the Eleven was the Ti Hardtail in that year. Easiest way to check what year is what kind of dropouts are on the bike.....if they have these shiny silver halfmoon shaped ones that are held in by small bolts that is probably 2004/2005 as those years allowed to change to SS or geared......if standard Breezer dropout then pre 2003 frame
    * What type headset ( 1" - 1.1/4 1.1/8 , ahead , ... ) ? !. 1/8
    * Size Bottom braquet ( BSA 68 - 73 ) ? I think 68, but any newer modern crank will do 68 or 73
    * Size Seatpost + clamp ? 27.2 with a 30 clamp
    * Size frontderr. + type ? Can't remember
    * 80 or 100 mm Fork ? pre 04 was 80mm geometry if I recall....Most of Titus were designed around 80mm pre 03 especially the small frames (17' is a small frame)
    * Can I remove the V-brake braze-ons ? I took the v- brake bolts out.
    * Link to more info such as geometry ( 17" or Medium/Small ) ? gonna have to look up archives for older 2003 or better Titus specs.

    I've tried a HCR with both 80 & 100mm forks & normally I prefer the slacker feel. but for once i'd stick with 80mm forks.
    front mech is 31.8mm toppull
