finally a titus in my stable....the EL GUAPO

finally got myself an EL GUAPO , actually got the frame about 1.5 months ago...decided to do a make over for the frame as Orange isn't my cup of tea....

    Before the makeover...

After the 1.5 months makeover...thanks to Chris of Titus USA , Brant and Jamie back in On One UK...here is the results...

All in...looking very very nice...raw with matte clear coat over it....

Hope to get it build up next week....frame with shock and headset, 7.45lbs....this is a Large frame.

Looks very familiar. Interesting about the weight, my large, stripped frame was 6.86 without headset. What headset is that? I also didnt clear coat it.

You should see how good the polished rocker looks with the raw frame.

I was contemplating stripping my frame when I saw Craig's but seeing yours just solidified my decision. That thing looks awesome. Did you do it yourself ?

The polished is a very nice piece a lot going on visually.. I am liking the look of the new unfinished rocker too, would love to match the frame to that raw. Stealth mode w/ minimal graphics

Did stripping the paint invalidate the warranty ?
I'm thinking of doing mine, but won't if it does.

I am not too sure Yorkshirepadd, but stripping the paint and repainting it, is not changing the structure of the frame. So i would believe that it wouldn't ...but again final say would be back to On One guys...

Maybe Brant or Shiggy can share a little on this....or even Craig...

Stunning looking bike mate. I'm looking at the EG to replace my 456 Carbon as it's too small for me. If you don't mind me asking, what size is it and how tall are you? It's hard to get a test ride on one here in the UK...
    Cheers

Nice looking bike! I actually like the "stripped" look better than the Super Raw in the V3. I know the difference between the two is subtle, but I like it.

I'm riding a Medium EG I'm 5.9 with a 30inch inside leg, it feels perfect for me.
Other up to 6.1 also have been riding mediums.

That stripped frame is proper. I like it better than the super raw as well. If that was a stock option, I'd probably get it instead of the black ano.
