Now bro, those 2 pictures are rippers, awesome. The second of the two is wicked, the blue spokes are caught fantastic.... Surely that was taken with a digi slr, not a point and shoot.....................Stoke right there in those shots....

    Very sweet shots E2!

Out of curiosity what would you say the diffrence in intended use would be between the EG, and the 6.6 SS you've got on the way?

How do you like the DHX-C on the Handsome One?

They will be used for the same thing.......except I've already gotten an I9 12mm rear axle which will be mated with the SS frame......for a little more solid rear end, no worries of snapping the 10mm QR axle. I have had the SS on order since Feb. The 2 bikes should feel really similar, roughly same geometry, leverage ratio, and I will be using them in the same manner. Oh but the SS will have a smaller seat tube.

K-Rob: The DHX coil rocks on this bike....nuff said

Cool Shots. I need to get out there with a camera to represent the EG on the right coast.

Which coil shock do you have on it? How do you think it compares to the air? I've got a DHX air on mine and I'd love to try the coil to see how it compares. The DHX feels great on normal type of riding but it bottoms out pretty easily on big drops. If I set it up so that it doesn't bottom out on the big stuff then it feels pretty harsh on the normal stuff.

have you tried the "coil hole". that should add some rise to your rate. make sure it clears first. mine doesn't

It's the DHX coil, feels good more supple over small bumps than the air and you can adjust the Bottom out to feel good on larger hits. For what it's worth out of curiosity I trie the "coil" hole and it sucked- I think the eye to eye measurement is different, but either way it is WAY to stiff and it sucked on the trail, so I wouldn't suggest trying it .

Have you tried it with the DHX Air or just the Pearl? Which hole is the coil hole again? I'm pretty sure I have it in the air hole but I want to make sure.

Just tried the Pearl, would've liked to try an RP23 or DHX air also, but bought the frame without a shock and had to go for the coil, they just feel better, BTW the upper hole is the one that Titus originally designated to be the coil hole, although they have since then advised against using it-
