    EG Cable Rub

I recently built up a 2010 EG frame. I noticed where the two cables go from the front triangle to the seat stays the cable has a tendancy to rub the top tube. I put some 3M "helicopter tape" in this location. I also put a strip on the down tube for rock protection.

Is this good enough? Any other recommendations for rub protection?

Yea any cables that run past the side of the seat tube tends to rub..realize mine too late.
now its taped + an old rubber noodly thing cannibalized from old vee brake slotted over the cable housing. If u use adjustable seatpost with remote cable--those will rub too. I run that outside of the deraileur cable housing and bunch all 4 underneath the top tube with cable ties/velcro.
