Anyone try an el Guapo rear with 650b?

I am loving the idea of the low bb if it will work....

Maybe if you ran a short stroke shock like a 2.25". There has been cases of taller tires hitting the seatube on bottom out with 26" wheels. But it is intriguing, I agree.

some shocks can be fitted with internal "bumpers" to limit travel. not sure if the Monarch is one of them, having never taken one apart. sounds like a question for LoCo or any suspension tuning place.

I think it'd hit the chainstay yoke before you could even get it out of the stand.

Would you mind terribly measuring it from the exact center of dropout (using a knitting needle or some such) to the yoke?
    I would appreciate it greatly.

Measured it last year and you're restricted to a 2.0- 2.1...

    13.7" if I remember correct

Give it time. I think we are wearing Brant down to the idea.
