    Has anyone ridden Purtis Creek State Park or Kings Creek in Kaufman?

    Has anyone ridden Purtis Creek State Park in Eustace or Kings Creek in Kaufman?

    I have ridden Purtis Creek....not technical at all. A Toddler could probably navigate the thing. Check the route on Strava. I used it more just to see how fast I could make it around the loops than anything else while I was visiting family in the area.

    I don't think that many people ride the trails, but they were well maintained. It was December when I was there so there were alot of leaves and pine straw that made the turns pretty sketchy and I fell a few times just due to the rear tire sliding out at high speeds. I will go back the next time I am visiting just to get away from the in laws. The other place you mentioned I never heard of.
