When are you heading back out to TSP to remove all the ribbon left over the race course? All the marking tape at every intersection is still there .... its been a week.

In this case, I personally would jersey the tape and dispose of it after my ride. I've done it numerous times. Simple solution.

If it is still there later this week, I just may have to bring a trash barrel. My problem, though, is that this trash was wantonly left by the promoters of a CHARITY event in a public park. This makes everyone involved look bad - from the sponsor whose name is on the ribbon, to every rider who comes into the park. Not to mention the whole littering a state park angle. Sheesh.
