Sounds like you fellers are getting tired of winning. SO much winning!

Sorry, I meant to say whining.

    Today is WEDNESDAY!-snow-drift.jpg

got another 6-8 since that pic for a total near 30". only place i could ride was in the street. I got a couple funny looks on my grocery run but i was moving faster and better than most of the cars on the street.

That's an awesome picture, OneSpeed. Are you anywhere near Utica, NY? Have a friend there who said it dumped 30 inches yesterday. Gotta love that lake effect.

well, after getting teased in February by weather in the 50's and 60's! for a week, I kind of got spring fever. The trails dried out and it hit it pretty hard a couple times, i was ready for summer.

Reality check in March. It's not uncommon here to get big storms in March, or even April. everything is good and frozen again and now there's a bunch of snow to melt. Oh well.

The lake effect more than doubled what it would have been otherwise. Instead of 10-14" we ended up with ~30" so far. It's cool, I like the winter. I'd rather the wind chill be in the single digits than mid summer when the heat index is over 90, that's freaking miserable for me.

It really makes me want to build a huge ramp and try some stupid stunts. Probably best to save that for foam pits though. Plus i currently have a broken finger from a crash last week so probably a real bad idea.

That storm almost ruined my trip! We got out of town just before it hit. On one hand, I'm pretty bummed that I missed some awesome snow. On the other, Ireland was pretty awesome.

What trail was that pic on? Looks like it was snowblown... or is it a sidewalk lol?

umm Ireland!? that sounds freakin sweet! What did you bring me back?? you didn't miss much, except maybe sledding? the snow was too deep to make riding fun. now it's a waiting game till it all melts and the trails dry out.

yeah, it's a sidewalk. I looked but couldn't find any trails that recently had a snowblower clear a path.

I got close to 100 miles in before I quit. NADAs right into the South DAs where I did pretty much everything but the Bridges. Had a beer and weiner at the Tuesday night ride before taking an extended trip home.

Gotta keep the big rides going so we can nail the A course at the Rim Roller!

I had an Uncrackable ride yesterday. Just couldn't stop once I hit the singletrack.
