    Surly trade thread?

Don't know if there is a Surly specific trade thread, but couldn't find it. Hopefully, this is ok.

I have a medium 2013 Pugs Ops that I'd like to trade for a medium Ogre. Please let me know if interested. Post in this thread, please. Thanks.

I have a black Krampus fork, ~8" steerer, great shape. Would love a WI freewheel of some size or a Thomson stem or seatpost of some shape or fashion...

    Edit: fork is gone!

Surly trade thread is a good idea, at least in my opinion. I've been debating buying an Ogre frame (size 20/L) and selling off my Cross Check frame, size 58 in hospital foam green. Steer tube still uncut, frame like new. If anyone is interested in a trade for the CC frame set, let me know! I'd also listen to offers for Karate Monkey frames as well as Ogres as long as they're L size.

I have a XXL ECR complete build that I would be interested in trading for the disc trucker. I bought the ECR just this year in March and I have had a lot of fun on it. Would be willing to exchange photos (already posted some actually on another Surly thread) Let me know what you think.

I could trade a Thomson seatpost for that Krampus fork if you are interested. I think I have either a 27.2mm or 31.6mm available to offer up.

Well? Did it work out? How many small children have you crushed on the XXL ECR so far?

He is trying some Big Apples on his ECR to see if that will satisfy his commuting needs. I'm crossing my fingers in hopes that they won't. Unreasonably-low-BB-gate and all that. Everyone knows that if you're a big dude in search of a commuter you need a disc trucker.

If traditional commuting is the task I'd take the Disc Trucker no question.

My ECR is pavement intolerant. Cave people didn't ride on asphalt so I don't.

I'm still willing to trade a good firm handshake for a Krampus, ICT, or Wednesday. Good and firm is my promise to you.

Ive been commuting for the last 6 months or so on a ECR with big apples, not ideal but I can also hit the singletrack around here with it, they do surprisingly well. Just put the knards back on yesterday though and also surprised how good they roll on pavement.

I have a 09 creamroller with several layers of rattlecan and other upgrades if there is any interest for a 1x1 or something

Worn down Knards, something I know a lot about, roll great on hard surfaces. Again, I still prefer sliding mine around in the dirt.

What wasn't ideal about it? I've got 180mm crank arms on the XXL, did you have any problems with the low bb (pedal strike on the single track stuff for example)? -Thanks
