So, spindle sleeve on MWOD question

I was framesavering my new Necro Pug, and I looked up the instructions to get the correct torque values for the crankset and BB and noticed that it says 100mm BB's come with a spindle sleeve.

My Necro, however, doesn't have a spindle sleeve- is this a bad thing? I wasn't sure if maybe it was because the Necro comes with an Andel BB and maybe the crankset comes with a different BB, or what.

Any input? I'm going to put it all back together tonight but just wondering if this is something I should like buy, if it was supposed to be on the bike but isn't.

Mine didn't come with a spindle sleeve and I wouldn't install one even if it was included. Instead I drilled a small hole in the BB shell bottom. (Two small ones where the BB cup threads stop is even smarter.)

Cool, thanks! I do have one hole in the middle of the BB shell.
