I was wondering if anyone had experience minimizing the Q-factor on their Surly Ogre. I'm thinking in terms of crank & bb combinations. My Ogre is basically set up as heavy touring, with drop bars and 3x8 gearing. I would like if at all possible to stick with 3x8, as everything else is built around that setup. Would like to stick to square taper too, and keep as low budget as possible.

My current cranks put me around 180mm Q, and I see plenty of space between them and the frame. I hadn't thought much about Q, then got a fat bike and realized that the Ogre had the same drawback, but less pronounced.
