120 mm Fork on a Karate Monkey??

I am looking at purchasing a Karate Monkey frame, but currently only have a 120mm fork. I know the frame is optimized around an 80mm fork and was looking for some feedback from anyone who may have experience running a longer fork on this frame. Thanks.

I ran mine at 100mm and that seemed fine, but I sold it a couple of years ago so hard to say what I would think of it now. What kind of fork? Some of them (Reba for sure) can be adjusted internally, fairly routine procedure at LBS.

sounds like youd have a chopper on your hands with 120mm. I would try to reduce the travel, or sell it and get something else.

I currently run a 2011 Reba at 110mm of travel. Tried the 120 setting and it was a little too raked out for me. The 110 isn't that much less, but makes a big diff.
With the correct sag I'm at a perfect 4" of useable travel.
