Just to warn all bikers - "cwtco" seller on eBay is thief!
http://myworld.ebay.com/cwtco/
I bought "3x CREE XM-L T6 LED 3800Lm Bike Bicycle Light Lamp HeadLamp HeadLight SET", received damaged, after agreement with cwtco I sent it back but received nothing as replacement. So cwtco stolen me $75.
Be aware!
I have opened ticket on eBay, but it was too late. On eBay there is only 45 days to open a ticket, but this bastard has almost this time as delivery time, so I missed it! 8-(
I also used http://www.econsumer.gov/english/ and placed complaint (# 43162359).

PayPal has the same 45 days policy.
Good idea to place complaint also in my bank - I have to go ther in ever case tomorow.
This is what I wrote to the seller, before he asked me to send the package back:
----------
Comparison of Fenix E21 on low (54 lumens) mode with your product on highest brightness of single LED. So Fenix 54 lumens equels approximatelly your 3800 / 3 = 1267 lumens!!!!!
----------
You can see on photos.
Also the picture of package before sending back as RMA and proof from our post office that I sent it and where.
11 neg and 18 neutral in the last month but still has a 99.3 positive rating. That's why if they don't have 100% rating I will read the feedback carefully before bidding. Good luck with your CC!
I bought 7 cheep gadgets that I'm able to use from cwtco and then I put 7 negative with URL pointing to this discussion.
I'll continue with this till cwtco will excuse to me and refund money.
Probably the only way to force him to react. May be even this will not help.
You know that that type of feedback will be removed quickly. Even if it stayed, if I saw multiple negs not related to that purchase I would disregard it as vindictive. He may deserve it but I would not consider that feedback at all. I probably would not have purchased from him in the first place. Too many negs even though his percentage isn't that bad.
Ya know that light uses a stepless dimmer in the remote switch right ? Hold the switch and it changes the output level up or down... did you make sure you didn't just have it dimmed low when you compared it to your '56 lumen' flashlight. It takes about three or four seconds of holding the switch to go from maximum to minimum output and if you let go anyplace in that period, that's where the light will output until you press and hold the switch again and then it dims/brightens the other way (from low to high, or high to low) that you went the first time.
All three models (the single center, the two sides, all three) can be programmed to different output levels in fact. You can have the two sides outputting maximum and the center and all-three modes dimmed to minimal levels if you want to be silly.

All modes were on maximum.
Better say 1. (central T6) and 2. mode (both side R4s) were on maximum on photos, 3. mode (all three) was not functional at all. First two were able to dime down to "lighter" like light.
Now we made some agreement with the seller, so he has sent me new TESTED piece with tracking. Now the light is somewhere outside Hong Kong:
The item (RBxxxxxxxxxxxHK) left Hong Kong for its destination on 25-May-2013
Our post does not know the package number yet. I hope it is on right way now.
The light was intended for recumbent bike, so the remote switch and dimming was the reason why I bought it.
In the meantime there was opened new shop in Prague with these lights Led-Expert They have them just a little bit more expensive, but with 2 years guarantee, not only 30 days as on eBay. 8-(
I don't even expect a guarantee other than arrival with ebay lights... you're paying a third to 50% off what the name brand versions at dealers sell for... expecting perfection also is just beyond common sense to me.
(And from local shop I can get the same with guarantee now. This Czech e-shop could be interesting for anybody from EU.)
