I think that's the size of the small rear rotor Hope makes, if so Formula also makes a 140mm rear rotor and Stan does with the aluminum ones. Don't know of anyone else though.
Have you considered going up in rotor size - it's just a disk and an adaptor. Cheap enough if you're buying a new disk anyway.
I did it on my 145 mini rear - what a revelation! It went from feeling dead, and wooden, to being spot on.
