    x7 10spd clutch rear mech

Ok so I have a brand new x7 10sp type 2 rear mech and it has ~0.03inches of play at the attach pivot(in and out along the axis), this also allows a lot of wiggle at the pulleys(like a worn out der.), comparing to my XO, which has no play at all i can't see how this is normal, and I can't imagine it will lend itself to crisp shifting

did i get a bad derailleur? tolerance issues?? the plate the b-tension screw hits is completely loose like a shim is missing!!

yes I want to email or call SRAM about it but as its the weekend...I was thinking I might get more response here...anyone else have one of these x7's?

or an email?? apparently they don't have one.

    thanks in advance
