Too many Revelations: What's the difference between XX and RLT?

Looking at purchasing a 2011-12 dual air 150 Revelation with 1 1/8" steertube and 20mm axle for my 2010 5 Spot. What's the difference between the miriad models. The SRAM site just confuses me more.

Also, it seems I've read that the Dual Position is more problematic than the Dual Air. True?

XX = XLoc Remote - Hydraulic remote that mounts on the handlebar.

RLT = Crown adjust knob - Damper control knob you turn that's mounted on the fork.

If you want remote, go XX. If you want non-remote, go RLT.

Irrespective of whatever internet BS you read, the Dual Position is a good system if you want travel adjust. If not, then go Dual Air.
It's not where it's made but how it's made.

Thanks for the info. I suspected the main difference was the remote but wasn't sure if anything else was different.

So is there a relatively simple way to remove the remote from the XX?
I've located a new 2011 XX for a good price but not sure I want the extra fuss/handlebar clutter of a remote.

    I think it's a change in damper, so $$.
    Rolling on 29", 650b, 8.3" and 23mm

Can the RCT3 damper assembly replace the XX damper with the X-Loc -on my 2011 WC Revelation 150 Fork?
