Smile Which SRAM X9 rear derailleur work with a dual suspension Nitro bike (sold in Walmart

And if you know, do you know which type of X9 front derailleur [ http://www.universalcycles.com/shopp...56&category=76 ] will work on those cheap dual suspension Nitro bikes that are sold in Walmart at the moment? Specifically this bike:

    With this derailleur work?: http://www.universalcycles.com/shopp...62&category=76

    First
You will need to buy one of these adaptors to make a SRAM X9 fit that frame as it doesn't have a derailleur hanger.

    Second
You will need to measure the outside diameter of the tube the front derailleur mounts to to find a proper fit for the front derailleur.
To me it looks like a high clamp or a low clamp front derailleur shouldn't have any problem functioning on that frame. I'd go with a high clamp.

The parts your wanting to put on that bike are probably worth more then the bike.

You'll need new shifters too, as SRAM's cable pull is different from Shimano. Seriously, putting anything other than cheap Shimano on that bike is a waste of money.

the price of that bike is only $69 on the walmart website. I wouldnt even do any upgrades at all to a bike like that especially at the price point of x9 components. it makes no sense to put high end parts on a bike that only costs 69 dollars at walmart.
