    RS Reverb requires constant bleeding

    Dear all,

after years on very simplified SS rigid bikes, I recently decided to build a full suss. I bought a Reverb seatpost for this bike (2014 stealth version) and installed it (had to shorten the hose which I believe worked out fine). Since I installed it around two weeks ago, I constantly need to bleed it because the post is not lowering/coming up. After bleeding, everythings works flawless. I don' t even use the bike at the moment because I'm still waiting for some other parts, so this happens on a brand new reverb that is not even in real use. I just try it out every other day, and it seems to suck air within 2-3 days??!!
Any ideas what could be wrong?

    thanks for your help

I have already seen 6 brand-new 2014 Reverb Stealth's exhibit this problem. They all have been replaced with new seal kits and are now 100% functional.

Since you have down-time, I would send this back to your warranty center for repair - now's the time to do it
