    "New" Pike 29er

Does anyone know for sure one way or another if the "new" Pike travel can be changed internally? I am looking to convert a 140mm travel Pike to 130mm.

Hi I can answer this for you,
Sorry you can Not just changing/converting for 140mm to 130mm! unless cut the end off inside (Damper rod I think?) But you can Not change back after.

Still the best Forks made so far...

I went ahead and took my 650b 150mm pike and took it down to 130mm by cutting down an air shaft. I don't think the 130mm / 29" exists so you may have to cut it down yourself.

Check the SRAM small parts catalog for the right air shaft.
You can also find out info on my process here....
