Ok, so I have a Avid Elixir 3 system and I was cleaning it and I had pulled out the pads to get the dust and dirt out. A friend who was watching came over and pulled the leaver. I noted that only the outside piston (back brake) only moved in, so as always I just stuck a screwdriver in to it and opened it up, but all it did was go back a bit and stop. But when I put back the pads, they where too close together to put back the wheel. Then I used the brake block thing and stuck it between the pads so I could get the wheel in, and when I did the wheel didn't turn (no surprise). But when I pulled the lever, the lever made a squashing and clicking noise and I could pull it to my handle bar. I'v tried everything beside rebleeding the system. (because I haven't bleed one before) If any one could tell me a solution that would be great, and if the solution is the bleed it, then can someone point me to a good video on how to do it.
