Does Sram Even Test XX1 Stuff Before Production

So far with the new great XX1 there are problems with.
    Chain Breaking new design
    B screw breaking
    Derailleur clunking
    Grip shift breaking
    Cluster stripping
    Excessive chain ring wear

Did I leave anything out? The system is great when it works.

Yes, they test it for three days with a film crew. If it doesn't blow up they release it to us, their research and development team.

10 miles into my new set-up and the derailleur is already making noise.

The derailleur SEEMS to gunk up with grass more easily as well ... I can't really prove that but me and a few other guys seem to always be picking junk out of the pulleys.

I find whenever I install a new Sram chain this happens. I think it has to do with the factory lubrication. The problem will stop once the factory lube wears off and you get some decent chain oil worked in. Personally I prefer Pro-Link lube.

Hmmm, you may be right. The chain coating seemed really thick. I'll see how it goes ...

The pulleys on the XX1 have a lot bigger teeth to grab stuff also.
