Brand New Reverb Stealth won't descend/go down.

Hi, I got a new reverb stealth and have done 3 complete system bleeds and a couple of remote bleeds. The remote works just fine, but the seat post will not descend/compress. I cannot find any trouble shooting tips like the gravity dropper had. I checked the air pressure. It is at 250psi and I have tried the post in the bike and out and it won't depress. Any ideas?

The seat post clamp is too tight, try loosening it just a tad and see what happens. Don't ask me why but it is something that has been commented on before.
