Bent teeth near shift pins on xx 39 tooth?

So I have an xx crankset with 39/26 rings. The teeth on the 39 tooth nearest the shift pins are bent or stick inward towards the chain stay. I don't know if the teeth are damaged or are supposed to be that way. I had chain suck and am trying to rule any possible mechanical problems out.
