Bti-USA.com has the xx1 spider for the sw crank. I believe qbp does as well.

Is this Sram part number( 11.6118.004.000) the same product as the Specialized spider.
I'm hoping that it is but each company has their own part number? If so the Sram part is much cheaper.
    I want to fit XX1 on my 2013 S Works .

Mine came with the following numbers from Specialized

    S131400004 01/15/2013 339749 XX1 SPIDER

    $95.00 retail in US.

Could not see any numbers on the part as it is mounted. The parts numbers are under the mounting nut.

    I bought;

Truvativ Sram XX1 Spider for Specialized Cranksets

    76mm BCD, Gray
    Part No.: 11.6118.004.000
    Fits Specialized Cranksets

I also boughth the rediculously priced S-works tool set for carbon cranks.

The XO spider was easy to remove the XX1 spider was easy to install, It all looks vey nice. I put this on my 2012 S-Works Stumpjumper and am happy I spent the money (I have another bike that has the S-Works cranks, so maybe I get to use that $300 tool kit again, LOL)

It is cheaper to have a shop do the swap or just by the XX1 cranks.

Thanks, just what I wanted to hear. Spider and chainring ordered.
Specialized wanted 120 for the spider in the UK. Managed to source the spider for 48 and chainring for 50.

    hi everybody,
Do you know if this SRAM spider will fit the X01 crank of a specialized enduro expert 29?
I wanted to install a 28T chainring and in a X01 you can only install a 30T as a minimum. There is a brand, North Shore Billet, that makes a suitable one to fit a 28T as in XX1. If original SRAM spare part fit I would buy it, otherwise I would buy NSB one.
thank you and Best regards from Spain

    Wolf Tooth

I just bought a Wolf Tooth in 34t that went right on the Sworks crankset. I'm running single speed, but they were the best option if you want a Spec crank. Nice ring! Made in USA. They have a 32t available and I heard maybe other sizes in the pipeline. Good Company right here in MN.
