New question here. XT front derailleur for 05 FSR

Hey - I'm ordering a new XT derailleur for my stumpy. I know the clamp size is 34.9, but which pull do I choose? Top swing, bottom swing? The spec on the Specialized says bottom pull...but then the XT derailleur descriptions say dual pull for both top and bottom swing versions. If anyone could throw a quick answer I would appreciate it. Thanks!
