    Wheels MFg pressfit bb?

Anyone ever try one of these?

Wheels Mfg PressFit 30 Bottom Bracket w/ Ceramic Bearings

Going to be installing in into a SW Epic. It seems like a great deal considering the cermic bearings.

I'm using a Wheels Mfg PF30 unit in my SW Epic, with "angular contact" bearings (I can't see the point of ceramic given the angular contact bearings are ABEC 5 standard same as the ceramic). Excellent unit, quiet as a mouse for over 500kms now. See my notes here for the details. The main issue was in getting the correct spacer setup.

Also see here for details about the PF30 products.

I don't see the point of a ceramic bb in a mountain bike. You just simply would never benefit from it unless your doing long long spins on the road. With that said the wheels mfg pf30 bb's are super nice pieces.

Have been using the angular bearing setup for about 6 months with good results.
