What travel forks for a Pitch

So my stock Pitch forks have finally blown out and I have been planning for a while to upgrade to something with some more travel. It has slowly been turning into a downhill build so I'd like a fork moving into that category. I do alot of dirt jumping at my local downhill and some rock gardens. My question is how much travel can I get away with? I want at least 160mm but would like to go to a 180mm if possible (i realize this voids any warranty but will the bike still be safe to ride). Thanks in advance for any help and if anyone has had this same situation what fork did you run?

i run mine whit 160mm and feels great for all around riding (climbing, downhills, jumps, singletracks) i don`t now 180mm i think that is to much, maybe you never broke the frame but the geometry is gona be a mess, if you plan to do some climbing and trail riding no more than 160mm thats my opinión.

As stated above. Stick with 160. Maybe 170
I just put a new lyric on mine, and she is riding sweet. If your really looking for DH and dont care about warrenty maybe a domain with travel adjust so you can tone it down if the geometry stinks
