what size seatpost on classic s-works?

just picked this up and nobody knows what seatpost it takes. not my local specialized shop, and not the guys i talked to at specialized, whom said that they do not have specs listed in their catalogs from this year.
does anybody have any more info on the seatpost, or on this bike in general?
    thanx

That's a first generation (circa 1994-95) S-Works FSR. I am not 100% certain but think that the seat post diameter is 30.4mm. Most Specialized steel frames of that era used 30.4mm posts, M2 and aluminum frames ran 30.9.

thanx for the quick reply. i found one of these on firstflightbikes.com, and it is a 1st generation. i currently have a 29.4 haro alloy post that i can get about 4 inches into the frame and there does not seem to be much corrosion in the seat tube. we also tried a 30.0, definately too big. so if anybody has any size confirmation, thanx in advance.
