What CCDB spring rating do you run on your Demo?
The Cane Creek Double Barrel shock on my '12 Demo (medium) came with the 400 rating steel spring which seems too weak for my weight. The bike sags too low when I sit on it and I need to put way more turns on the nut to achieve proper the preload setting than recommended by CC. I weigh 90-92kg when wearing all my gear. Others have recommended I try the 450 and the 500 spring. So I was wondering what springs others are riding for their riding weight? What would you recommend?

Did you check the ccdb support site. They have a spring calculator and a pretty active user forum discussing stuff like this. I weight 205 pounds with gear. Think my med 2013 came with a 400 and feels great. But i havent gotten to ride it at a proper dh trail yet. More mellow runs.

Yeah their calculator suggests a 400 for me when I select the preferences but that can't be right. You're supposed to have no more than 6 turns on the nut and I have to put nearly double that on to get the required sag setting. Without that the bike sags right down when I sit on it. I've bought the 450 and the 500 so I'll work my way up and see what works best.
