What’s it worth??? I know I am annoying but please reply
How much would you pay for this Stumpy (in £££ if possible) as seen here excluding the Mudguard and saddle pack. Assuming every part of the bike was working 100% perfectly except for badly bled brakes with this kit apart from the stock parts:
07 SPECIALIZED STUMPY COMP
- 08 Shimano XT brakes, hubs,
shifters and rear derailleur
- Shimano DX flat pedals
- Ritchey WCS foam grips
- Maxxis Ignitor 2.35 tires

I'm guessing $1200 max. Be happy if you get $1000.
That is USA money btw.
You might get more to part it out, but that is a hassle.
Good luck.

Man, look around on ebay, and see what a similar bike is going for. Thats usually how I base judgement for my stuff.

id say at least $1200. Just wash it and make it look super good. Someone will pay that much or more for it.

Are you selling it or are you buying it?

I’m trying to find the funds for another bike, so I just want to know whether it is worth keeping it or selling it.
And yes I will watch a few of these on ebay and see what they go for first.
But before I can do anything like selling it I need to take it on a test with the bike I want to buy and justify that the new bike is better.
Thanks for the replies

No need, I am relatively sure now that I can do it without selling the Stumpy, although if the new bike rides well and is mechanically consistent (unlike the Stumpy) I wont have a real purpose for the Stumpy anymore.

What's wrong with the Stumpy?

Nothing but it’s been rarely working for a year because of the crap stock kit.
