upgreading a 2010 SJ FSR drive traine to the 2011 one?

I have a 2010 StunpJumper FSR expert with a 3X9 gears and I wanted to know if I could upgrade to a 2X10 gear set and is it worth the trouble? I don't really use the big change ring all that much. I do use the lowest gear on the small change ring. How much stuff would I have to change to get this done and how much do you think I can get for the used stuff that I take off?

    What I have now,
    FRONT DERAILLEUR
Shimano M660 SLX, DMD, top swing, dual pull
    REAR DERAILLEUR
    SRAM X-0, 9-speed, mid cage
    SHIFT LEVERS
    SRAM X-9 aluminum trigger
    CASSETTE
    Shimano HG61, 9-speed, 11-34t
    CHAIN
    SRAM PC-971, 9-speed w/Power Link
    CRANKSET
    Custom Shimano FC-M762, 2pc., S: 170mm, others: 175mm
    CHAINRINGS
    44A x 32A x 22S, 4-bolt, 104/64mm
    BOTTOM BRACKET
    Custom Shimano integrated

What I am thinking of upgrading to,

    FRONT DERAILLEUR
SRAM X.0, 10-speed, S1 direct mount for DMD, bottom pull
    REAR DERAILLEUR
    SRAM X.0, 10-speed, mid cage
    SHIFT LEVERS
SRAM X.0, 10-speed, carbon/aluminum trigger, Match Maker clamp
    CASSETTE
    Shimano M771, 10-speed, 11-36t
    CHAIN
KMC X10, 10-speed, w/ reuseable Missing Link, nickel plates
    CRANKSET
SRAM X.0 Carbon, 10-speed XC Trail double, GXP spindle, removeable spider, S: 170mm, others: 175mm
    CHAINRINGS
    38A x 24A, carbon shift-guard, 4-bolt, 104/64mm

It's a lot of money for a little gain. however it makes sense if you hardly ever use the 44 chain ring. I have thought about it too but unless I buy a spare frame to swap parts over. Are you any good at e-baying? I've had some very good experiences in off loading parts.

selling the stuff on ebay will be no problem for me . I run my own ebay store and sell 5-15 things a day on ebay. what do you think it would be worth? 75% of what it gos for new?

yes seems so, type in what you want to sell to see what other prices things go for. And for cables I always use Shimano SP41
