    Upgrading parts void warranty?

Is it true that upgrading some parts on S bikes voids warranty? Eg if I were to change cranks, brakes, seat post, handlebar and stem, would that void S warranty?

Components that typically void a warranty would be a fork that is too long for the intended purpose of the bike (ie, a 160mm fork on an Epic race bike). Also anything that alters the rear suspension would probably void the warranty. This is typical of most companies.
