    Tektro Brake Levers??

    Hi Guys,

I was just having a look at my bike for inspiration of upgrades... Are there any brake levers I can get for my Tektro Draco hydraulic brakes with either carbon levers or Anodised orange?? I am mainly looking to change them as a upgrade on looks! But the levers I have now I find difficult to use 1 finger braking with! Also is it hard to fit these? Is it worth the hassle? I wouldn't be able to fit them it would go to my bike shop!

You should probably just worry about keeping your bike on the dirt.

Judging by your posts, I'd stick to riding the bike rather than doing any maintanance or upgrading yourself.

LOL at carbon levers on Tektro Draco brakes.
The bike is nothing more then circles turning circles, It's the human motor that makes it elegant.

Because they are bottom of the barrel brakes. It's like putting Fox racing shox stickers on a Dart 3.

There are plenty of better places to upgrade then brake levers.

Word. If you want colored levers, buy some model paint.

Just move your brake levers more inboard on the bar and you may notice it's easier to 1-finger brake with them without smashing your other knuckles. Upgrade your whole system if you want better levers. There aren't carbon levers available that fit the Tektros, anyway. Otherwise, rattle can it.

+1 on that! My Mate has Hope M4 brakes on his downhill bike! And to be perfectly honest I can't tell much difference in them or my Tektro ones?? Some people will probably laugh at this but from my point of view its true! The Tektros do the job more than well!
