Stumpy EVO 29 vs. Remedy 8 vs. Remedy 9.7

I think that I've narrowed it down to these few. They all fit the type of riding that I enjoy the most. I haven't been priced out on the EVO just yet, but think that it would be around 3000 OTD. The Remedy 8 is 3200 OTD and the 9.7 is 3700 OTD from my LBS.

I like things on each, but there are things that I don't like on each. I've done a TON of research on all of them, and they all seem like great rides. I haven't ridden any of them just yet, but will be in the coming weeks.

For the Treks, I was looking at the 27.5 version, although they have a 29er in each as well. The carbon is appealing, but I'm a little weirded out about the longevity of it in a mtn bike.

I'm really liking the Stumpy a lot though. With the exception of the brakes, I think it's really spec'd well.

I would run tubeless, and probably convert to 1x up front.

Please lend me your advice and help a brother out!

    Thank you in advance.
