New question here. Stumpy 2x10 Gearing Changes?

Well after taking my new 2012 stumpy up a few steep sections on my local trails it takes way more muscle to power up steep climbs compared to my 3x9 on my 08 stumpy. I believe the 2012 has 24/36 front chain rings, while my 08 has 22/32/44 up front.

So I'm thinking about going to a 22/36 or 22/34 combo. Just curious what other guys are running for their 2x10 setup.

I'd stick with the bigger gears and muscle up them for the time being. You'll only get stronger and make you a better rider.

    I am using a 22/36 combo on my 2011 Enduro...I love it
We will never know our full potential unless we push ourselves to find it.

Yeah I think 22/36 would be perfect for around my riding area. There is some pretty steep climbs here in Wyoming.
