I'm guessing that's a wear item and not covered.

When I need to replace mine, I get them from Fox directly. I ordered two sets, costs $18 delivered to my door. Not exactly a big ticket item.

Where were you able to find what bushings you needed? I can't find anything on the Fox website and my shop is having a hard time tracking down someone at Fox. I have an 05 S-Works SJ and it's developed some slop where the shock eyelet connects to the linkage plate.

Maybe JakeWake will stumble by this thread and can shed some light.

I called up Fox bicycle service, told them what I needed, and they sent them. They have a database for all the aluminum bushing sizes.

Just be sure to make sure that they send you the 6mm bolt diameter for the link bush and not the 8mm bolt diameter for the frame mount. They sent 8mm front and back originally, I called them to tell them about their error, and they sent two more in the 6mm at no charge, even for shipping.

    Info from Fox

You can call Fox direct at 1-800-369-7469 ext. 6550. Tell them what make and model bike you have and they will be able to send you the correct kit. I have an 05 SJ Pro 120 and the lower DU kit is what I needed. I believe this is the end that develops play the fastest.
