    Stumpjumper fsr 29 tt length?

Confused. So the 'actual' tt length on the website is longer than the 'horizontal' measurement? Is that correct? I thought the horizontal was the effective . . . shouldn't that be longer? The difference is between 25.5 and 25.9.

    Just guessing here....

It could be correct because of the seat tube and head tube angles. Like you said the difference is really small though. 9-12mm from small to x-large.

I really need a top tube closer to 26" so I am hoping the 25.9 is the effective . . . . I guess I can try and contact Specialized

yeah, that would probably be your best bet. They are usually very helpful too when you call em.
