    Specialized Hardrock Buying Advice Needed!!

Hello guys, appreciate for your attention here. Recently I have bought a new handlebar for my Specialized Hardrock Sport Disc bike as shown in the link below. I have ridden the bike for few months and notice that the cockpit is good and comfortable to ride in. My new flat handlebar is the Truvativ Noir World Cup Flat Bar. The question is, going from a 25mm riserbar to a flatbar, would the riding feel change a lot? And the stem is 75mm with a 10 degree rise, but I would need to buy a new stem as the new handlebar is 31.8mm. What stem length and rise would you suggest to compliment the new handlebar? I am 176cm tall by the way.

The riding feel will change pretty significantly. You'll lower your grips about an inch with the change - that's quite a lot.

I don't know what stem you need to match ride feel, and don't care to figure it out. Here's a link.

I ride a flat bar on my hardrock, I also have a nicer stem, what I noticed was that I ended up adjusting my seight height a little down from what I recall.
    I love the flatbar though.
