Specialized Geometries with or without sag?

Anyone know if the geometries that Specialized posts are with or without sag? In particular, head angles?

Thanks- so, "Head Tube Angle - Low Setting" is without sag? It would seem that a Stumpjumper would have a slacker head angle than 69- especially before sag (as it would increase).

The 29er? 69* sounds reasonable. The head angle wont increase with sag because the rear suspension sags to compensate. The Evo model is slacker at 68*
