    Good job! Specialized Customer Service

    Last night I broke the alloy chain stay on 13 Epic Carbon Evo R. The weld near the crank popped. I was able to ride out on it with no issue. I dropped it off at the shop where I purchased it from (Two Wheel Tango in Canton, Michigan) and Rick told me not to worry about it and he was sorry for the inconvenience.

    This afternoon I get a text from Rick that Specialized is replacing the stays with upgraded carbon version. Pretty sweet deal.
