Solid rear axle or QR on my new Demo 7?

Just unpacked my new Demo 7 and noticed it has both the quick release rear axle and also a solid axle. What is better to to use? Obviously the QR would be easier to change a flat, but what are the advantages of the solid axle?

    Thanks,
    Rob

Go for the solid axle, or if you want the best of both worlds, get the DT Swiss 10mm RWS, gets you a solid axle that is light, and you can do quick tire changes on the trail, i personally run the 10mm bolt on setup.
