SID Brain not as plush as Fox?

I have two different bikes and two different forks...SID Brain 29er and Fox 32 100mm RLC Fit...but for one reason or another, I cant get the SID brain to be as plush as the Fox...Even at "Soft", the Fox stills fells way better over terrain than the SID...anyone else with this complain or is my fork is not working properly?

Probably due to neg/pos pressure relationship. Also your SID is 90mm, that could be part of it.

Is the brain suppose to be plush? I thought it was just suppose to be efficent and supple. Not plush, that would be a trail bike set up, not a race bike.

quote from specialized spec sheet from the 2012 S-Works Epic below,

•Custom RockShox SID World Cup 29 fork with Specialized Brain inertia-valve damping has 100mm of air-sprung travel and a carbon/crown steerer tube to create the most efficient and supple cross-country fork available
    Four wheels transport the body,

Two wheels transport the soul !!!!
