Does any happen to know the weight of the alloy seatpost that comes stock with a 2009 Epic Comp?

Funny you should mention that...I completely gutted my '09 Epic Comp and weighed every single componant. I can also tell you the approx weight of any other stock componant on it if you'd like.

The OEM seatpost weighed in at 265 grams.

Here's my post of the teardown and rebuild of my '09 Epic...

    Ah excellent thanks.

Only other components I'd be interested in knowing the stock weights are the FC-542 chainset and HG-61 cassette

    Thanks

I couldn't get the cassette off the rear hub so I sold them together. I wasn't alble to weigh the cassette.

The crankset weighed in a about 960 grams.
