Rear Wheel sliding out of Dropout

I have a 1999 S-Works hard tail. The Rear Wheel has been occasionally sliding in the drop out so it cocks and freezes the rear wheel. The rear wheel is not original, Mavic 717with a XT hub. I replaced the XT Quick Release with a nice Bon Trager, reduced the issue, but still happens occassionally. This never happened with the original Hugi hub, but they were unreliable in other ways. I don't think my drop out is bent either. Any ideas?

You could try gently roughing up the surface of the outside of the dropout.

I did rough up the drop out some when I replaced the Quick Release, but let me do it some more. Thanks!
